- March 01, 2024: Healthpeak Properties, Inc. (NYSE: PEAK) today announced that it has closed on the previously announced merger with Physicians Realty Trust (DOC). The combined company will operate under the name “Healthpeak Properties, Inc.” and is expected to begin trading under the ticker symbol “DOC” at the open of trading on The New York Stock Exchange on March 4, 2024.
Physicians Realty Trust is a self-managed healthcare real estate company organized to acquire, selectively develop, own and manage healthcare properties that are leased to physicians, hospitals and healthcare delivery systems.
