Avantor priced upsized 207 mln share IPO (from 205 mln shares) at $14.00, the low-end of the revised $14.00-15.00 range
The co also priced a concurrent public offering of 18 mln shares of its 6.250% Series A Mandatory Convertible Preferred Stock at a price to the public of $50.00 per share
