- In October 2021, J2 Global, Inc. (NASDAQ: JCOM) completed a separation of its Consensus business into an independent, public company named Consensus Cloud Solutions, Inc.. J2 Global, Inc. then changed its name to Ziff Davis, Inc. and began trading on Nasdaq under the ticker symbol ZD.
