IPOs expected to price

• Online car seller Vroom (VRM) is offering about 18.8M shares in an expected range of $17 to $19. The timing for the IPO is intriguing with the pandemic leading to more online shopping for cars, but sales and margins under pressure. How well the Vroom IPO is received by investors could be of interest to Carvana (NYSE:CVNA), Cars.com (NYSE:CARS), TrueCar (NASDAQ:TRUE), AutoNation (NYSE:AN) and even Tesla (NASDAQ:TSLA) as the concept of online car shopping heads more mainstream. Vroom is expected to have a market capitalization of around $1.92B if it prices at the higher end of the indicated range. 
• Across the Pacific, Chinese gaming company NetEase (NASDAQ:NTES) is looking to raise $1.2B in a Hong Kong listing to fund strategies for international expansion. Shares are expected to start trading on June 11.

IPO lockup expirations

• XP (NASDAQ:XP)
• Bill Holdings (NYSE:BILL)
• OneConnect Financial (NYSE:OCFT)
• Sprout Social (NASDAQ:SPT)

There are also secondary offering lockup expirations on Tilray (NASDAQ:TLRY) and BlackRock (NYSE:BLK) to keep an eye on.

IPOs this week : Jan 6 - 10, 20

No new U.S. pricings are expected during the first full week of the new year.

IPO quiet period expirations
The analyst quiet period expires on

• XP (NASDAQ:XP) on January 6 and 
• Sprout Social (NASDAQ:SPT), EHang (NASDAQ:EH) and OneConnect (NYSE:OCFT) on January 7. 

Across the Pacific, liquid crystal material producer Beijing Bayi Space LCD Technology will be listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange's sci-tech innovation board and Chinese restaurant chain operator Jiumaojiu International will be listed in Hong Kong.

IPOs this week : Dec 9 - 13, 19 (wk 50)

 IPOs expected to price

• XP (XP) is expected to price its $2B IPO on December 10 and 
• Bill Holdings (BILL) is scheduled to price its IPO on December 11. 
• Both OneConnect Financial Technology (OCFT) and Sprout Social (SPT) will price their IPOs on December 12. 

IPO quiet period expirations
The analyst quiet period ends on YayYo (NASDAQ:YAYO) on December 9.

IPO lockup expirations

• PO share lockup periods expire on CrowdStrike (NASDAQ:CRWD) and Mohawk Group (NASDAQ:MWK) on December 9, 

• Fiverr (NYSE:FVRR) on December 10 and 

• Chewy (CHWY) on December 11. 

Keep an eye on CrowdStrike in particular, with shares up more than 50% from the level where the IPO was priced.
