Oiltanking Partners LP raised about $231.2 million in net proceeds from its initial public offering.
The Houston-based company’s units debuted on the New York Stock Exchange July 14 under the ticker OILT.
All 11.5 million units were sold at $21.50 per unit.
Oiltanking said the public owns a 29 percent limited partner interest in the oil terminal and storage company following the offering.
