The company through its Websites, autohome.com.cn and che168.com delivers independent and interactive content to automobile buyers and owners, including professionally produced content that comprises automobile-related articles and reviews, pricing trends in various markets, and photos and video clips; automobile library, which includes a range of specifications covering performance levels, dimensions, powertrains, vehicle bodies, interiors, safety, entertainment systems, and other unique features, as well as manufacturers' suggested retail prices; new and used automobile listings, and promotional information; and user forums and user generated content. Autohome Inc. also offers advertising services for automakers and dealers; dealer subscription services that allow dealers to market their inventory and services through its Websites; used automobile listings services, which allow used automobile dealers and individuals to market their automobiles for sale on its Websites; and automobile dealer subscription services that enable dealers to establish and maintain online showrooms of automobiles with pricing and promotional information on autohome.com.cn. In addition, it operates automotive aftermarket services platform that integrates services descriptions and pricing information into a database that enables its users to identify and research local automobile services shops, schedule various services with them, and offer real-time feedback on the service providers; provides iOS- and Android-based applications to allow its users to access its content; and offers technical and consulting services. The company was formerly known as Sequel Limited and changed its name to Autohome Inc. in October 2011. The company was founded in 2008 and is headquartered in Beijing, the People's Republic of China. Autohome Inc. is a subsidiary of Telstra Holdings Pty Ltd.

As of December 31, 2013, it had over 8.3 million registered users and over 1,500 user forums. As of December 31, 2013, it had an online automobile library in China with nearly 16,000 vehicle model configurations and over 2.2 million photos. Its automobile listing information features listings of both new and used automobiles on its Websites.

Autohome (ATHM) began trading on the NYSE on 11 December 2013

Autohome (NYSE:ATHM)  is the leading online destination for Chinese automobile consumers through its two websites, autohome.com.cn and che168.com.


Autohome (NYSE:ATHM), a Chinese internet resource for prospective automobile consumers, plans to raise over $110 million in its upcoming IPO. The Beijing, China-based firm will offer 7.8 million shares at an expected price range of $14 to $16 per share. If the IPO can hit the midpoint of that range at $15 per share which we expect, ATHM will command a market value of $1.6 billion.

ATHM filed for its IPO on November 4, 2013. Lead underwriters on the offering were Deutsche Bank and Goldman Sachs ((Asia)), joined by Oppenheimer and Piper Jaffray.

Autohome Inc.: Beijing, China, 7.8 million American depositary shares, each representing one class A ordinary share, priced $12 to $14, managed by Deutsche Bank and Goldman Sachs Asia. CatchMark Timber Trust Inc.: Norcross Ga., 10.5 million shares, priced $14 to $15, managed by Raymond James, Baird and Stifel. Proposed NYSE symbol CTT. Business: REIT engaged in the ownership and management of timberlands in the U.S.

Cheniere Energy Partners LP Holdings: Houston, 30 million shares, priced $19 to $21, managed by Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley and Credit Suisse. Proposed NYSE symbol CQH. Business: Owns a 55.9 percent limited partner interest in Cheniere Partners.
