IPOs expected to price

• China Liberal Education (CLEU) is due to price on April 23. 

IPO lockup expirations

• BRP Group (NASDAQ:BRP) on April 21
• Phathom Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ:PHAT), Progyny (NASDAQ:PGNY), Youdao (NYSE:DAO), Cabaletta Bio (NASDAQ:CABA ), Aesthetic Medical International Holdings Group (NASDAQ:AIH), TFF Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ:TFFP) and Happiness Biotech Group (NASDAQ:HAPP) on April 22. 

The stay-at-home order has disrupted the plans of several companies involved with sports and fitness. Topgolf International (Callaway Golf (NYSE:ELY) holds a stake), F45 Training and Xponential Fitness are all on the IPO sidelines.

IPOs this week : Nov 18 - 22, 19 (wk 47)

IPOs expected to price

• Canaan (CAN) and SiTime (SITM) on November 20. 

IPO lockup expirations

• Rattler Midstream (NASDAQ:RTLR), Bicycle Therapeutics (NASDAQ:BCYC) and Ideaya Biosciences (NASDAQ:IDYA) on November 19. 

IPO quiet period expirations

• BRP Group (NASDAQ:BRP) on November 18, as well as 
• Phathom Pharma (NASDAQ:PHAT), Progyny (NASDAQ:PGNY), TFF Pharma (NASDAQ:TFFP), Cabaletta Bio (NASDAQ:CABA ), Youdao (NYSE:DAO) on November 19. 

Saudi Aramco (ARMCO) is expected to set the initial price range for its IPO on November 17. The final price is expected to be determined on December 5 after the oil major goes through the institutional book-building process. Interest in the Saudi Aramco is high, with the company generating $118B in profit last year to almost double Apple's (AAPL) tally. The total percentage of the company to be sold and an estimate of the total value of Aramco will be part of the filing.

IPOs this week : Oct 21 - 25, 19 (wk 43)

IPOs expected to price

• OneWater Marine (ONEW) is due to price its IPO on October 24, 
• while Progyny (PGNY), Phathom Pharmaceuticals (PHAT), Youdao (DAO), Cabaletta Bio (CABA ) and Aesthetic Medical International Holdings Group (AIH) are scheduled to price on October 25. 

IPO quiet period expirations

• Quiet periods expire for Peloton (NASDAQ:PTON) and Oportun Financial (NASDAQ:OPRT) on October 21. 

Peloton trades about 16% below its IPO pricing level, while Oportun Financial is slightly higher since debuting.
