- Update: In 2017, the company was acquired by Sizmek, a private ad tech company owned by Vector Capital. In November 2017, Sizmek retired the brand Rocket Fuel. Sizmek filed for bankruptcy in April 2019. Sold some assets to the marketing technology cloud Zeta Global.
