IPOs this week : Feb 10 - 14, 20 (wk 9)

IPOs expected to price
  • Passage Bio (PASG) on February 27.

IPO quiet period expirations
  • Black Diamond Therapeutics (NASDAQ:BDTX) and Annovis Bio (ANVS) on February 24, 
  • Reynolds Consumer (NASDAQ:REYN), 1Life Healthcare (NASDAQ:ONEM), Arcutis Bio (NASDAQ:ARQT) and Anpac Bio-Medical (NASDAQ:ANPC) on February 25.
Also of interest to investors, Peloton Interactive (PTON) moved up its IPO share lockup expiration period to February 24 from March 24. Wedbush Securities analyst James Hardiman believes the value in the Peloton long-term business model could be appreciated even more by investors after the lockup overhang is in the rear-view mirror.

IPOs this week : Oct 21 - 25, 19 (wk 43)

IPOs expected to price
  • OneWater Marine (ONEW) is due to price its IPO on October 24, 
  • while Progyny (PGNY), Phathom Pharmaceuticals (PHAT), Youdao (DAO), Cabaletta Bio (CABA ) and Aesthetic Medical International Holdings Group (AIH) are scheduled to price on October 25. 

IPO quiet period expirations
  • Quiet periods expire for Peloton (NASDAQ:PTON) and Oportun Financial (NASDAQ:OPRT) on October 21. 

Peloton trades about 16% below its IPO pricing level, while Oportun Financial is slightly higher since debuting.

IPOs this week : Sept 23 - 27, 19 (wk 39)

IPOs expected to price
Peloton Interactive (PTON) is the headliner in the IPO market with a pricing expected next week. The company reported $915M in revenue for its last fiscal year and a loss of $196M on high R&D and marketing costs. Peloton plans to sell 40M shares to the public in a range of $26 and $29 a share. There are some early indications that the pricing could be below the targeted range.

Other IPOs expected to price in the week ahead include 
  • Oportun Financial (OPRT) on September 25 and 
  • Endeavor Group (EDR) on September 26. 
In Asia, the Budweiser Brewing Co. (BUDBC) IPO is set to price in Anheuser-Busch InBev's (NYSE:BUD) second crack at raising some funds to pay off debt.

  • Linx (NYSE:LINX), 
  • Precision BioSciences (NASDAQ:DTIL) and 
  • Puyi (NASDAQ:PUYI) on September 24.

IPOs this week : Sept 16 - 20, 19 (wk 38)

IPOs expected to price
  • Envista (NVST) and IGM Biosciences (IGMS) are expected to price their IPOs on September 17 to be followed by pricings for 
  • Datadog (DDOG), Ping Identity Holding (PING) and Exagen (XGN) on September 18. 
IPO lockup expirations
  • IPO share lockups arrive on Up Fintech Holding (NASDAQ:TIGR) on September 16, 
  • as well as Levi Strauss (NYSE:LEVI) and Canada-traded Cansortium on September 17. 


In other IPO developments to watch, WeWork (WE) will officially begin marketing shares to investors next week ahead with the IPO on track and Anheuser-Busch InBev (NYSE:BUD) will be watched closely for indications of where demand stands for the Budweiser Brewing Co. (BUDBC) IPO.

Also, keep an eye on Peloton (PTON) and its quest for a $1B valuation. D.A. Davidson jumped the gun by rating the exercise equipment company at Neutral even before the IPO has fired off. "While valuation is actually more agreeable than anticipated on forward estimates, it is still fairly robust, and we will wait for a better entry point," stated the firm.

IPOs this week : March 4 - 8, 2019

Things are starting to get a little more interesting in the IPO market after a snail's pace for most of 2019. Lyft (LYFT) filed for its IPO, while Peloton (PTON) and Chinese coffee chain Luckin are both moving in that direction. Lyft is reportedly hoping to draw a valuation of between $20B and $25B.

IPOs expected to price
This week, IPO pricings are anticipated for

  • Shockwave Medical (SWAV) on March 6 and 
  • Futu (FHL) on March 7. 

IPO quiet period expirations
There are also quiet period expirations for

  • Alector (NASDAQ:ALEC) on March 4 and 
  • both Harpoon Therapeutics (NASDAQ:HARP) and Gossamer Bio (NASDAQ:GOSS) on March 5.
