IPOs expected to price
The IPO market slowly starts to heat up again with Phoenix Tree (DNK), Velocity Financial (VEL), I-Mab (IMAB) and Lizhi (LIZI) all expected to price. The four IPOs are on the smaller size, with only real estate finance player Velocity Financial expected to bring in more than $130M.

• DouYu International (NASDAQ:DOYU), Assetmark Financial (NYSE:AMK), Phreesia (NYSE:PHR), Mirum Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ:MIRM) and Fulcrum Therapeutics (NASDAQ:FULC) on January 14 as well as 
• Intercorp Financial (NYSE:IFS), Medallia (NYSE:MDLA), Afya (NASDAQ:AFYA) and Innate Pharma (NASDAQ:IPHA) on January 16.

• CrossFirst Bankshares (CFB) on August 14:  Kansas corporation and registered bank holding company with total assets of $4.5 bln [Planning to offer 7.11 mln shares between $15.00-17.00]

9F (NYSE: JFU): Leading digital financial account platform integrating and personalizing financial services in China [Planning to offer 8.9 mln ADS between $7.50-9.50]

WiMi Hologram Cloud (Nasdaq: WIMI): Provider of augmented reality-based holographic services and products [Planning to offer 4 mln shares between $7.50-9.50]

• Phreesia (NYSE:PHR), DouYu (NASDAQ:DOYU), Owl Rock Capital (NYSE:ORCC), Mirum Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ:MIRM), Fulcrum Therapeutics (NASDAQ:FULC), Genmab (NASDAQ:GMAB), Assetmark Financial (NYSE:AMK) and First Seacoast Bancorp (FSEA) on August 12

• There are also IPO expirations for TCR2 Therapeutics (NASDAQ:TCRR), Intercorp Financial (IFS) and Avedro (NASDAQ:AVDR) on August 13.

IPOs this week : July 15 - 19, 19

A busy week is set up for the IPO market with

• DouYu International (DOYU) pricing on July 17 and 

• Genmab (OTCPK:GMXAY), Assetmark Financial (AMK) Phreesia (PHR), Fulcrum Therapeutics (FULC) and Mirum Pharmaceuticals (MIRM) on July 18. 

• Medallia (MDLA) and Afya (AFYA) are also due to price on July 19. 

Quiet period expirations arrive on

• Stoke Therapeutics (NASDAQ:STOK), Grocery Outlet (NASDAQ:GO), Personalis (NASDAQ:PSNL), Akero Therapeutics (NASDAQ:AKRO), Atreca (NASDAQ:BCEL) and Prevail Therapeutics (NASDAQ:PRVL) on July 15. 

Expect to hear some discussion about Anheuser-Busch InBev (NYSE:BUD) on the likelihood of the beer giant refiling the Budweiser Brewing Company (BUDBC) IPO if market conditions in Hong Kong improve or if the company will move forward with its heavy debt load.
