The company had set an issue price of $21 Wednesday night, above its previously given range of $18 to $20. With the offering, the company said it was selling 22 million shares to raise $462 million. Volume was about 15 million shares, which was more than triple the average volume of the S&P 500 stocks, according to FactSet.
