- Nasdaq notified NusaTrip that its securities will be delisted from the Nasdaq Stock Market on August 12, 2026 unless the company appeals to a Listing Qualifications Hearings Panel.
- NusaTrip shares will remain halted and unavailable for trading until any appeal is resolved.
- Nasdaq said it is using its authority under IM-5101-4 after the SEC's temporary trading suspension and Nasdaq's October 23, 2025 trading halt.
- If removed from Nasdaq, the securities may become eligible to trade in the over-the-counter market.
