The Company operates in three segments: consumer products, energy segment and trading segment. The consumer products segment manufactures and sells Charcoal Doctor branded products and BBQ charcoal in China. The Company’s trading segment conducts rubber trading businesses. The Company’s energy segment produces and sells BBQ charcoal to customers in Asia, Europe and North America and produces and sells bamboo-based fuel for Electric Double Layer Capacitor. The Company produces and sells three categories of bamboo charcoal products: BBQ products, Charcoal Doctor products and Electric Double-Layer Capacitor (EDLC) carbon.
