March 8, 2023: SMX (Security Matters) shares started trading on the Nasdaq Global Market under the ticker "SMX" on, following its business combination with Lionheart III Corp (LION). 

This move transitioned from its previous listing on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) as Security Matters Limited, with warrants also beginning to trade on Nasdaq under "SMXWW".
